We stand behind our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us a picture of the decal, and we will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return processing and refunds are issued within 2 days of receiving the returned item.

Custom decals are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is not defective or damaged.
